Danger Jones is an independent, founder-led professional hair color brand. We specialize in creating industry-best blonding, toning, and permanent color products designed for modern working artists. Alongside our core blonding, toning, and permanent color systems, Danger Jones also offers a curated range of semi-permanent colors, developed with the same focus on performance, control, and artistic expression.

Founded by David Thurston and Alexis Thurston, Danger Jones exists to put artists back at the center of the industry and to build a brand where culture, craft, and community matter as much as chemistry. The Thurstons have built a team of A-players, many of whom have spent the majority of their careers inside hair salons. Together, they created Danger Jones as a direct response to an industry that has become increasingly corporate, formulaic, and disconnected from the artists it’s meant to serve.
